Challenging the impugned order passed in E.P. No. 1 of 2026 in R.L.T.O.P. No. 1 of 2023, pending on the file of the District Munsif-cumJudicial Magistrate, Madhavaram (Rent Court), the decree holder has preferred the present Civil Revision Petition.

The learned counsel for the revision petitioner submitted that the revision petitioner, being the landlord/decree holder, obtained an order of eviction in R.L.T.O.P. No. 1 of 2023 on 02.08.2025 and thereafter filed E.P. No.

1 of 2026 seeking execution of the eviction order. He further submitted that notice has already been served on the respondent/tenant and the matter is posted for filing of counter. As on date, no appeal or stay order is pending against the order of eviction.

Considering the above facts and the limited relief sought for, this Court is inclined to direct the Executing Court to proceed with the execution proceedings expeditiously.

Accordingly, the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Madhavaram (Rent Court), is directed to dispose of E.P. No. 1 of 2026 in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
