This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a limited relief. The petitioner seeks an early disposal of RLTOP No.28 of 2025,
pending on the file of the District Munsif Court, Tambaram.
2. Since no adverse order is passed against the respondents in this civil revision petition, notice to the respondents is dispensed with by this Court.
4. This Court, after giving due consideration to the year of the RLTOP filed by the petitioner and the fact that the respondents have been set exparte in the said proceedings, this Court, directs the trial court,

namely, the District Munsif Court, Tambaram, to dispose of RLTOP No.28 of 2025, within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
