This civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the learned III Additional District Munsif, Coimbatore to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.1832 of 2014, within a time frame fixed by this court.

The petitioners herein/plaintiffs filed the above said suit seeking a relief of partition. The petitioners also sought for declaration that the power deed dated 15.03.2007 executed in favour of the 5th defendant was null and void and not binding on the plaintiffs. Further, the petitioners sought for declarations that various sale deeds executed in favour of the defendants 6 to 9 were null and void.

It is seen from the e-courts status filed in the typed set of papers that pleading of the parties have been completed and the suit has been posted for

trial as early as on 12.06.2025. In the meantime, 4th defendant died and steps have been taken to implead the legal heirs of the 4th defendant in I.A.No.1 of 2025.

Taking into consideration that the suit is of the year 2014 and the pleadings of the parties have been already completed, this court is inclined to direct the learned III Additional District Munsif, Coimbatore to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.1832 of 2014, as expeditiously as possible.
