Challenging the eviction order passed in E.A.No.1 of 2026 in E.P.No.24 of 2025 in RCOP.No.6 of 2019 on the file of Additional District Munsif Vellore,

CRP.No.2464 of 2026 is filed and challenging the decretal order dated 02.04.2026 made in E.P.No.24 of 2025 in R.C.O.P.No.06 of 2019 on the file of the Additional District Munsif Vellore, Vellore District. CRP.No.2467 of 2026 is filed.

Learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 appeared.

While admitting this revision petition, this court granted interim stay of

all further proceedings in E.P.No.24 of 2025 on condition that the revision petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.6,05,000/-. It is submitted that the said

condition is complied with by the revision petitioner.

When the matter was taken up today, learned counsel for the revision

petitioner submits that as on date, RCA.No.04 of 2025 is restored on file and the same is pending before the Appellate Court.

Taking into consideration the submissions of the learned counsel for the revision petitioner, an opportunity is given to the Revision Petitioner to contest the appeal in RCA.No.04 of 2025; in the mean while, if the decree is executed, it will cause hardship to the Revision Petitioner. Therefore, proceedings of the EP is stayed for a period of three months. In the mean while, the Rent Control Appellate Authority is directed to dispose of the RCA.No.04 of 2025 within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Revision Petitions are disposed of accordingly. No costs.
