The civil revision petition has been filed, challenging the impugned order dated 30.10.2025 passed by the Additional District Munsif, Denkanikottai in I.A. No. 7 of 2025 in O.S. No. 83 of 2008.

The aforesaid application was filed by the petitioner under Order I Rule 10 of CPC, seeking to implead herself as a party to the suit in O.S. No. 83 of 2008 pending on the file of the Additional District Munsif, Denkanikottai. The trial court has dismissed the said application on the ground that the petitioner had approached the court belatedly with an inordinate delay to implead herself as a party to the proceedings.

The suit is of the year 2008, whereas the interlocutory application filed by the petitioner was only in the year 2025. The suit was filed for declaration of title by the plaintiff. The petitioner also claims ownership of the same.

As a party, who claims ownership, she ought to have been vigilant in prosecuting the matter. Rightly, the trial court has dismissed the application filed by the petitioner, by observing that the petitioner has approached the trial court

to implead herself as a party to the suit after a lapse of more than sixteen years from the date of filing of the suit.

This court does not find any infirmity in the findings of the trial court.

For the foregoing reasons, this court does not find any merit in this

civil revision petition and accordingly, the civil revision petition is dismissed. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
