This Civil Revision petition has been filed to direct the Learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate No.I, Hosur, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.14 of 2025, within the time to be stipulated by this Hon’ble Court.

The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the respondents herein have filed the suit in O.S. No.14 of 2025 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate No.I, Hosur, on 02.01.2025 against the defendants/petitioners herein seeking for permanent injunction restraining them

not to disturb the possession and enjoyment of the plaintiffs. The

defendants/petitioners have filed their Written Statement on 01.08.2025 and the same was adopted by the 1^st and 3^rd defendants/petitioners herein and posted for issues on 05.11.2025. Despite the Written Statement was filed on 01.08.2025

itself, thereafter, the said suit had been adjourned continuously for framing of issues from 05.11.2025 onwards without any progress. The plaintiffs/respondents herein are unnecessarily dragging the case by filing various applications one after the other. If the suit is allowed to be kept pending, the defendants/petitioners herein will be seriously prejudiced. Hence, he seeks appropriate directions to the Trial Court to dispose of the suit at the earliest.

3.Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, it will be appropriate to direct the Trial Court to dispose of the suit in O.S. No.14 of 2025 within a period of 6 months in the manner known to law, from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the aforesaid directions, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed
