The petitioners have filed this petition seeking a direction to the Subordinate Judge, Poonamallee, Thiruvallur District to dispose of the suit in

The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that some of the

petitioners are senior citizen and prayed for the speedy disposal of O.S.No.320 of 2010, which was filed in the year 2010.

Considering that the case has been pending since the year 2010, the

learned trial Judge is directed to dispose of the said suit within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

Accordingly, this Civil Revision petition is allowed. No costs.
