Since the petitioners have already filed an application under Section 8 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeking to refer the dispute to arbitration, which has been dismissed by the trial Court, which is the subject matter of CRP.No.1227 of 2025, the petitioners are not pressing CRP.No.1229 of 2025, which has been filed challenging the order passed by the trial Court dismissing the application filed under Order VII Rule 11 CPC, which is also on the very same ground, namely, the existence of an arbitration agreement between the parties. The learned counsel for the petitioners has also made an endorsement to that effect.

Recording the said endorsement, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as not pressed. No Costs. CMP.No.7407 of 2025 is closed.
