The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the Satisfaction Court has been wrongly mentioned in this petition as the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Padmanabhapuram. This Court had earlier granted bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P. No.4635 of 2026 dated 27.02.2026. However, in the said order copy, the Satisfaction Court was mentioned as the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Padmanabhapuram, whereas the correct Satisfaction Court is the Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel, Kanyakumari District. Therefore, the learned counsel for the petitioner requested this Court to make the necessary correction in the said order and to reissue the corrected order copy. Accordingly, the prayer portion and paragraphs 1 and 6 of the order shall stand modified to reflect the Satisfaction Court as the Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel, Kanyakumari District instead of the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Padmanabhapuram.
