This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to issue CSR on basis of the complaint dated 06.11.2025 and consequently direct the second respondent to forward the daily diary report of such complaint to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thuckalay No.1, to seek permisison for registration of FIR and to commence investigation.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he had given a complaint before the second respondent, for which, so far CSR is not issued.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, submitted that in this matter already CSR was issued in CSR.No.2187 of 2025 on 03.12.2025.
