The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 406 of 420 of IPC, in Crime No.Not Known of 2025, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that there was a dispute between

the rival parties. Both of them preferred a complaint and the same were registered in C.S.R. No. 1471 of 2025 and X1/33588/2261/COP PG/2025. After inquiry, both cases were closed recording the statement of both parties that they are ready to settle the matter before the competent civil court.
