This petitioner has been filed to transfer the investigation of the Crime No.173/2023 pending on the file of R3 police to the file of the R4 investigating agency.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, both counsel are present. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that already they have completed the investigation. As per the investigation, there are no material to register the case and they are going to close the complaint.

3.Since already investigation has been completed, if the petitioner has any grievance over the investigation and the closure of the complaint, he can approach the appropriate forum in accordance with law.
