that he is the Accused No.14 in the pending P.R.C.No.9 of 2025 on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ilayangudi and he has filed this petition seeking to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ilayangudi, to give priority and expeditious hearing of the petitioner's perjury petition in PRC.No.9 of 2025.

2.However, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), on instructions, submitted that already the case has been committed before the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Sivagangai, vide order of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ilayangudi, dated 06.01.2026.
