This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to modify the condition no.(ii) of the order dated 10.07.2026 made in Cr.M.P.No.2031 of 2026 permitting the petitioners to report daily before the Inspector of Police, Karivalam Vanda Nallur Police Station, Tenkasi District, instead of the respondent police.

The present petition has been filed without assigning any valid or sufficient reason for seeking modification of the condition imposed. In the absence of any justifiable ground, this Court is not inclined to modify the said condition. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed.
