Seeking quashment of FIR in Crime No.372 of 2025 on the file of the first respondent, this criminal original petition is filed.

2.When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side), on instructions, submitted that investigation in Crime No. 372 of 2025 has been completed and charge sheet has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate II, Madurai through e-filing No.CC202500683 on 09.09.2025. However, it has not been taken on file.

In view of the above, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai, is directed to take the case on file forthwith. This Criminal Original Petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if so advised. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
