The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent police to initiate appropriate action based upon the complaint given by the petitioner on 14.04.2026.

The petitioner has lodged a complaint on 14.04.2026 alleging that he was attacked on the said date and the complaint has been lodged through registered post.
