The present petition has been filed seeking a direction as against the second respondent police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

According to the learned Counsel for State of TN(crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on an application made by the third respondent for survey, the Tashildar has issued notice to the petitioner and the third respondent. Only the Tashildar, Tisayanvilai has sought for police protection. No criminal case is pending as against the petitioner and he would not be called for any enquiry.
