not present. It is submitted that there is a bereavement in the family of the parties and therefore, they could not come.

Since the matter is filed as a compromise quash, the liberty is granted to the parties to move an application on the same cause of action once again. Since the parties are not repeatedly present, there is no point in keeping this petition pending.

In view thereof, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. However, liberty is kept open to the parties to move fresh application, as and when they are able to come. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
