O R D E R

The petitioner was arrested on execution of a Non-Bailable Warrant issued by the learned XI Additional Special Court for CBI Cases, for the offences under Sections 120(B) r/w 420, 409, 467, 468 and 471 of IPC and Section 13(2) r/w 13(1)(d) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1998, pending trial in C.C.No.19 of 2025, in respect of R.C.No.15/A/2017 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

This is a case where, due to the absence of the petitioner in appearing before the Court pursuant to summons, a Non-Bailable Warrant was issued on 25.11.2025. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail.
