This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner and their staff in relation to the running of Herbal Hookah Services (without any content or trace of Tobacco and Nicotine) in the restaurant premises namely ‘BRASS HAT (CHETPET)’ No.25, 6^th Floor, Mc Nicholas Road, Chennai – 600031.

When the matter came up on 26.03.2026, this Court had

directed the petitioner to produce proof in support of the petition filed. Pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 26.03.2026, the petitioner is unable to produce any CCTV recordings in support of his contention.
