Madras High Court (M.Nirmal Kumar, J.), 05-03-2026 — CRL OP No.5594 of 2026 and Crl.MP.No.4224 of 2026: Petitioners S.Boopal and P.Raji sought, under Section 528 of BNSS, quashing of the FIR in Cr.No.751 of 2019 (T12 Poonamallee Police Station, Chennai). The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that after completion of investigation the respondent Police had closed the case as 'Further Action Dropped' on 14.09.2020.
