The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.77 of 2025, pending on the file of the first respondent police.
2 . When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned
Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the investigation in Crime No.77 of 2025 has been completed and the case has been referred as “Mistake of Fact”. He further submitted that RCS No.37 of 2025 has also been served on the petitioner and that the final report has been e-filed in LTN20220001943C202500201 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pandalur, on 15.12.2025.
Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
