The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.07/AC/2024/TVL of 2024 pending on the file of the Inspector of Police, Vigilance and Anti-corruption, Thiruvallur, Thiruvallur District.

2 .The learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent police submitted that in this case investigation completed, charge sheet filed through E-Filing No.LTN20240000112C202500020 on the file of Principal District Court, Thiruvallur.

3 .The learned counsel for the petitioner at this stage requests for withdrawal of the above petition with liberty to challenge the charge sheet. He made an endorsement in the petition to that effect.
