This criminal original petition has been filed to call for the

records in CC.No.200 of 2022 on the file of the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai and to set aside the order of summon dated 27.05.2022 issued against the petitioner herein.

2 . The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of

this Court to withdraw this criminal original petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3 . In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel

appearing for the petitioner, this criminal original petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
