The prayer in this petition is for a speedy disposal of the case in C.C.No.996 of 2022.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner

is attending the case from the year 2022 and the case is kept pending.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the

matter is pending on account of some difficulty to serve P.T. warrant on the accused No.2, who is in jail. He further submitted that there are nine witnesses in this case.

Considering the above and considering the case is of the year 2022, the

Criminal Original Petition is disposed of on the following terms:

i) The respondent Police shall ensure serving of P.T. Warrant and A2 shall be produced before the Trial Court in the next hearing in any event within one month from today.

ii) The Trial Court shall also list the matter on shorter dates.

iii)The trial shall be completed as expeditiously as possible in any event not
