This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.17399 of 2025 in CC.No.2065 of 2025 dated 30-122025 directing the petitioner to execute a bond for Rs.100000/- with two sureties each sureties shall execute a bond for like sum, out of two sureties, one sureties must be a blood relation of the petitioner or family members and both the sureties are produced means document with satisfaction of this Court of the order at the Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai.

Heard both sides and perused the materials available on records.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the said condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner to execute a bond for Rs.10,000/with two sureties, each sureties shall execute a bond for like sum, out of two sureties, one surety must be a blood relation of the petitioner or family members and both the sureties are produced means document with satisfaction of this Court of the order at the Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai.
