The Criminal Original Petition has been filed t o quash the FIR registered in Crime No.54 of 2022 for the offences under Sections 120(b), 294(b), 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 506 (i) of IPC pending on the file of the Inspector of Police, Thakkolam Station, Ranipet District.

The Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent herein for wilful disobeying the order dated 28.01.2022 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.390 of 2022.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that the investigation has been completed and the final report was filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Arakkonam, on 23.10.2025.
