This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for suspension of the sentence imposed in the judgment made in S.C.No.1 of 2019 by the 1^st Additional District and Sessions Court, Thoothukudi, dated 17.02.2026 and to enlarge the petitioner on bail.

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

We find that the petitioner had already filed a petition in Crl.M.P. (MD).No.6129 of 2025 in Crl.A(MD) No.528 of 2025 seeking for suspension of sentence and this petition came to be dismissed by this Court on 15.12.2025.
