This is the second petition filed by the petitioner seeking for suspension of sentence. The earlier petition filed in Crl.M.P.(MD).No. 4635 of 2025 came to be dismissed by an order dated 15.12.2025 as withdrawn. However, on going through the order, it is seen that the Court was not inclined to grant suspension of sentence and at that point of time, the petition was withdrawn. In view of the same, the same has to be construed as dismissed on merits.
