ORDER
This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in its order dated 21.11.2025 in Crl.M.P(MD)No.8719 of 2024 in Crl.A(MD)No.694 of 2024.
2.The petitioner states that he is a coolie worker and is unable to go to work regularly to earn money for his livelihood and of his family due to Condition No.3 imposed by this Court in the aforesaid order dated 21.11.2025. Therefore, the petitioner seeks relaxation of Condition No.3.
3.I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of this petition and I am satisfied with the reasons cited for relaxation of the condition No.3 of the order dated 21.11.2025 in Crl.M.P(MD)No.8719 of 2024. Hence, I am inclined to relax the condition No.3.
