This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner while granting bail to him in Crl. O.P. (MD).No. 12249 of 2025, dated 16.04.2026.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.
