This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking to pass order relaxing the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD) No. 9149 of 2026 in Crl.R.C.(MD) No.767 of 2026 dated 29.04.2026.

This Court vide order dated 29.04.2026 in Crl.M.P(MD) No. 9149 of 2026 in Crl.R.C.(MD) No.767 of 2026, suspended the sentence imposed upon the petitioner on conditions. As per the conditions imposed by this Court, the petitioner is appearing before the trial Court on all working days regularly. Seeking to relax the condition, this petition is filed.

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition imposed by this Court on 29.04.2026 in Crl.M.P(MD) No.9149 of 2026 in Crl.R.C.(MD) No.767 of 2026, is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned trial Court, on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
