This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioners

seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.8883

of 2026 dated 30.04.2026 that “the petitioners shall report before the trial Court on all working days at 10.30 a.m until further orders”.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court from 03.05.2026.

Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.8883 of 2026 dated 30.04.2026, is modified and the petitioners are directed to appear before the Trial Court once in a week, i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of six weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
