These Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.(MD)Nos.13721 and 13722 of 2025 in Crl.A.(MD)Nos.1052 and 1053 of 2025 dated 25.03.2026, in and by which, the petitioners were directed to appear before the Inspector of Police, Mandabam Police Station, Ramanathapuram District, daily at 10.30 a.m. till the disposal of the appeals.

It is reported by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent that both the petitioners/A3 and A5 were absent for 5 days while complying with the condition, however, they have complied with the condition for nearly 54 days and 68 days respectively.
