This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to amend the anticipatory bail petition by substituting the words “ Crime No.350 of 2026 ” instead of “Crime No.Not Known” and by substituting the Sections “ under Sections 115(2), 118(1), 296(b) and 351(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, and Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 1998 ”, instead of “under Sections 79, 115, 296(b) and 351(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023” on the file of the respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.
