This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking modification of condition No.7(c) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.8316 of 2026, dated 02.04.2026.

On a perusal of the averments made in the affidavit, this Court does not

find any justifiable reason to modify the condition imposed. It is a case where the petitioner is alleged to have exploited natural resources and, therefore, this Court finds no merit in the present petition.
