This petition is filed to implead the 3^rd respondent/proposed respondent herein viz., A.Thanikajalam as 3^rd respondent in the above Criminal Revision Case.

This Court vide order dated 28.04.2026 issued notice to the 3^rd respondent. Pursuant to which, Mr.G.Santhosh Kumar, learned counsel entered appearance on behalf of the 3^rd respondent.

This petition is allowed.

The Office is directed to carry out necessary impleadment within a period of 3 days.

Counsel for the 3^rd respondent prays time for filing counter and he is

allowed three weeks time to file counter affidavit, one week thereafter is allowed to the revision petitioner to file rejoinder to the counter affidavit.
