PRAYER: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, praying to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.3632 of 2026 dated 16.02.2026 in Crime No.5 of 2026 on condition, ‘the petitioner shall appear and sign before the respondent police daily at 7.00 p.m., until further orders. The condition which is being imposed to the complied without any deviation. No further applications will be entertained for 30 days. The rest of the conditions remain intact”.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government

Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.3632 of 2026 vide order dated 16.02.2026 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to

appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
