This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to implead the Respondents 3 to 6 as proposed Respondents in Crl.RC.No.383 of 2026.

Heard Mr.S.Esakkimuthu, the learned counsel for the Petitioner and

Mr.M.Dinesh, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), who accepts notice for the 2nd Respondent and Mr.E.Kannadasan, the learned counsel, who has already put in appearance for the 1st Respondent and takes notice for the Respondents 3 to 6.

Having heard the learned counsel for the parties and for the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed, as prayed for.

The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title, by impleading the Respondents 3 to 6 in the array of the Respondents in the Criminal Revision Case.
