The petitioner seeks modification of the condition No.5(v) imposed in Crl.M.P.No.15008 of 2025 in Crl.R.C.No.1314 of 2025, dated 05.08.2025, whereby the petitioner was directed to appear before The trial Court on the first working day of every English Calendar month at 10.30 a.m. until the disposal of the revision petition.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the condition

may be modified to permit the petitioner to appear before the Trial Court once in two months, commencing from April, 2026.

Considering the request, this Court is inclined to modify the condition

in the order dated 05.08.2025. Accordingly, condition No.5(v) shall stand modified as follows:

“5.(v)The petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court once in two months, commencing from April, 2026, until the disposal of the revision petition, and if she is not able to appear before the Trial
