The present petition is filed to transpose the present Revision into an Appeal.

has been filed against the Judgment of the appellate Court acquitting the respondent of the offence under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. He would submit that the petitioner ought to have filed an appeal against acquittal.
