This petition is filed to condone the delay of 302 days in representing the criminal revision in Crl.R.C.SR.No.13876 of 2025.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay stands condoned and the petition is ordered on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) to the credit of the Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Court.
