To amend the offences 75, 78 and 351 (2) BNS instead of 75, 78 and 351 (2) and also index of quash petition by substituting the erroneous entry as Sessions Judge, Magalir Neethimandram, Chennai instead of Principal Sessions Judge, Puducherry in Crl O.P. No.33534 of 2025 wherever it occurs and pass such further or other orders as this Honourable court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

To call for the records in S.C.No.770 of 2025 pending on the file of Sessions Judge (Magalir Neethimandram), Chennai and quash the same and all further proceedings therein in so far as the petitioner concerned as being illegal without jurisdiction and an abuse of process of law and pass such further or other orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit.
