This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the condition in Para 6(b) that “the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders” in Crl.O.P.No.35896 of 2025, dated 30.12.2025.

respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has 33 days complying the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.35896 of 2025, dated 30.12.2025.

Considering the submission made by the learned Government

Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.35896 of 2025 dated 30.12.2025, is modified to the effect that “ the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a Week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., for a further period of six more weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation”.
