COMMON ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks relaxation of the conditions imposed in Crl.M.P.No.1063 of 2025 in Crl.A.No.119 of 2025, dated 30.01.2025, Crl.M.P.No.1064 of 2025 in Crl.A.No.120 of 2025, dated 30.01.2025 and Crl.M.P.No.1516 of 2025 in Crl.A.No.202 of 2025, dated 30.01.2025, directing the petitioner to appear before the Trial Court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m until the disposal of the Criminal Revision Petition.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner fell ill and, therefore, could not comply with the condition imposed by this Court, and hence prays that the said condition may be set aside.

The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that, till date, the petitioner has not complied with the conditions imposed by this Court.
