This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking to relax the condition imposed in Crl.MP.No.8245 of 2025 in Crl.OP.No.1593 of 2025 vide order dated 24.04.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.MP.No.8245 of 2025 in Crl.OP.No.1593 of 2025 vide order dated 24.04.2025 is relaxed and the

petitioners are directed to appear before the trial Court as and when required.
