This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner

seeking to modify the condition imposed in Crl.OP.No.14126 of 2026 vide

order dated 15.06.2026.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that though the

petitioner had obtained anticipatory bail on 15.06.2026, he is a daily wage earner and was not in a position to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/-.

Hence, he has filed the present application seeking modification of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent has objected to the said contention and stated that he has not complied with the condition imposed by this Court.

Considering the submissions made on either sides and the nature of the offence, though the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has objected, while looking at the factual position, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed in Cr.O.P.No.14126 of 2026 dated 15.06.2026. Accordingly, the condition that “the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.20,000 (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties” is modified to the effect that “the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties”. The other conditions imposed earlier shall remain unaltered.
