This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking relaxation of the

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the trial

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

side, the condition imposed by this Court in paragraph 6(b) of the order dated 14.05.2026 passed in Crl.O.P.No.12246 of 2026 is hereby relaxed and the
