dated 07.05.2026 that “ the petitioner shall appear before the learned Sessions Judge (Special Court for SC/ST Prevention of Atrocities Act), Tiruvannamalai, on all working days at 10.30a.m., until further orders”, is modified to the effect that “ the Petitioner/Appellant shall appear before the trial Court on every first working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 a.m ., till pending disposal of the appeal . The other conditions imposed earlier shall remain intact.
