This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.1184 of 2015 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Krishnagiri, thereby taken cognizance for the offences under Sections 138 of the Negotiable and Instruments Act.

the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Krishnagiri , is hereby quashed as against the petitioner. The terms of Settlement Agreement, dated 06.04.2026 shall form part and parcel of this Order.
7 . Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition stands allowed.
